I cannot believe that the month of March is here. It seems like when we first arrived to Belize that March was so far off... but here we are in the middle of the month of March!
This week we are going to be very busy hosting teams. We are excited, stressed, and blessed all at the same time! Over the weekend we cleaned the mission house, outside bathrooms, a teacher bungalow, and a house we call, "The Krause House." Our kids have been such amazing helpers as well. It is such a blessing to see their little servant hearts excited to serve! We are asking that you please keep us in your prayers this week. We have 2 teams and other visitors and board members arriving throughout the week.
Last night our first team arrived. They are a team of 51 High School Seniors from Colorado. This team will be working with another ministry down the road from us, so they just use our facilities to sleep, 7 a.m. they leave are arrive back at about 8:30p.m. Our job is primarily just to make sure the bathrooms are clean and trash is emptied. Please pray that everything would run smoothly and that these young kids will be blessed!
On Thursday March 21st, our home team from Calvary Chapel Mesquite will arrive. There is going to be 13 members on the team. We will be driving up to Belize City on Wednesday to pick up the team at the airport and to drive them down to the Toledo District, where we live. This trip takes about 4-5hrs, so please pray for safe travels for all. The team is also going to be hosting a Women's Conference this Friday March 22nd and Saturday March 23rd, and hosting a VBS for a village. Please pray for the conference, preparations for the ministries, and that the team would be a blessing and be blessed!!!
We know that God is going to touch the hearts of all!!!
