I am so happy to say that we are back in the jungle! We made it back to Belize on Monday evening without any complications! All of our luggage (6 suitcases, 4 carry-on's and 4 backpacks) arrived...this is truly the 2nd time this miracle with our luggage has happened. Emerson, Juliana and their son, Juan were waiting for us at the airport in PG, and it was such a sweet reunion. All in all we are glad to be back.
The first few days (Tuesday- Thursday) were miserably HOT! I don't feel like a whiner, because even the locals were complaining. Literally, I think we sweat off 10 pounds each those three days! This is not a sticky sweat, this is a "I just got out of the pool and am dripping sweat!"
We were amazed at all the work Emerson and Juliana and the rest of the TCA staff did over the summer. New sidewalks, painted buildings, cleaning around the grounds, and all the teachers painted their classrooms! The ministry was also blessed to have the Leiviska Family and Meg Chandler come and serve at TCA over the summer.
Along with being back in the jungle, we have already had our jungle encounters with a few welcoming visitors. Travis and J.T. killed a rat in the mission house, the kids saw a snake by the creek, and Isabelle had ants in her hair!? We are SO glad to be back and just have to laugh!
We were SO blessed by all of our Family, friends and church family while we were visiting in the States! Thank you to everyone who prays, supports, and encourages us daily! It is exciting to see God working! We are excited for this upcoming year and already have visitors scheduled to come down and experience " The Crossover Agenda"! We are always excited to have people come serve at TCA with us! We love and Thank you all for everything!
